Believe it or not, this is me backing up a M113 at the gate of Camp Trotter. Starting it and driving it were not a problem, but I did have trouble getting the damn thing to shut down. I'm just thankful that Top Radke didn't give me any grief about it.

Reminds me of a picture of you in Desert Storm with you head sticking out of a tank. Then, you had what looked like a tin hat with an antenna top dead center and reflective glasses that made you look like an alien.
I assume the M113 was "dieseling". How did you finally stop the fuel flow?

Hey Wayne, you mean Erik isn't an alien? Erik, you look kind of like an alien in this picture, either that or you are really mad. Glad you got the M113 stopped. Keep up the blog and as your dad says please stay safe. Can't wait till you get home.
