Necissity is the mother of invention. This is yet another vehicle uniquely designed to detect IEDs as well as to allow the one-man crew to survive a blast. Note the flat front tires and shotgun pattern of damage below the cab.

So, when you say detect, do you actually mean, "We just drive around until something blows up"?
