This picture about sums this place up. This is a bomb robot rolling out to deal with an unexploded rocket while a donkey looks on from a crappy, never-to-be-finished cinderblock building. Throw in a few water bottles (literally) and you have the perfect snapshot of Iraq.

What a shot, it speaks volumes.
Ever wonder why someone who would send information on "secret shopping" to a blog on the war in Iraq would chose to remain "anonymous"?
Are they smarter than we are or just don't have a clue that they are wasting our time?
It is a shame that that anonymous does not have the opportunity to stand in the middle of a dusty street in Iraq and secret shop to his heart's content.
Personally, I would not want him as a distraction if I or those I love were standing in that street with him while he shopped.
